Managing Partner
Tatyana has been part of JobsOhio Ventures since its inception in 2020. As an early stage investor, she works to discover Ohio’s next generation of entrepreneurs and IP creators by building strong investment teams, mapping strategy, creating additional commercial value for the portfolio. Tatyana is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and serves on National Venture Capital Association’s CFO Taskforce.
Stephanie Ison
Principal
As a Principal on the JobsOhio Ventures team, Steph draws on her breadth of experience working for high growth startups to identify, invest in, and support portfolio companies through exit. Her early-stage investment approach is strongly influenced by her time spent on the “other side of the table.” She has successfully identified and operated profitable businesses across a variety of industries, including Tech, Finance, and Real Estate; and has raised substantial capital to launch and grow new ventures. She is a graduate of Wittenberg University.
Sachi Sanghavi
Junior Analyst
Sachi is the team's junior analyst, responsible for assisting with investment processes and supplemental research for new deals and clients. Sachi was raised in the greater Cleveland area before attending The Ohio State University and graduating with a major in Finance and a minor in English. Sachi is proud to have lived in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus, and joined the JobsOhio Ventures team in 2025.
Prithraj Punia
Analyst
Prithraj is an analyst responsible for supporting investment evaluations, portfolio analysis, and market research for new opportunities. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Economics, a minor in Political Science, and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Before joining JobsOhio Ventures in 2025, Prithraj built a strong technical foundation through hands-on experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
