Steph is a Principal on the JobsOhio Ventures team. From stealth mode to exit, she has extensive experience working directly with CEOs, executive management teams, entrepreneurs, and investors to identify and acquire profitable business ventures within multiple investment verticals. 

Early in her career, Steph jumped from her role as a lender at a regional bank to a member of a startup team. Working closely with the co-founders, she raised funds for growth opportunities, led a variety of acquisitions, and managed subsidiary business units from burn to profitability. During her tenure there, the company was recognized as one of the top 50 fastest growing private businesses in the United States on the Inc 500 list.

Her work with high growth companies continued as she joined the M&A team for a portfolio of private equity backed technology businesses with global operations, including ooVoo (Krush Technologies) and Krush Media Group. Prior to joining JobsOhio Ventures, Steph also worked as a consultant for a strategic advisory firm and founded Dayton-based Full Point Consulting, where she interfaced directly with numerous executive teams from both Ohio and national business entities to provide strategic planning support (including exits), develop effective business communications, and secure funding.
